One of the major ventures that has been extremely successful for the owners of Cibo's is the sale of their signature spaghetti sauce. "We didn't make a lot of changes when we bought the restaurant," said Fragasse, "but we added some items to the menu and two years ago put in a bar area." Markino's mother grew up in Waynesburg and their family was in the grocery and restaurant businesses. Fragasse's grandmother, who was in the grocery business, had lived in Waynesburg, after immigrating from Italy. Although new owners, the two were certainly not new to Italian food, the restaurant business or the village of Waynesburg.
